Download Limits: The Complete CFI Binder

• To prevent abuse and excessive downloading.

• We have a download limit in place for every customer account.

• If you accidentally click on the download link too many times and exhaust your available downloads. Please contact support and we will reset your download limit for you.

You are permitted to download each The Complete CFI Binder Series product line a maximum of five times (5 times). This limit will reset each time we publish a revision. You must be enrolled in an Active Subscription to download any subscription products. If your subscription has expired. You must re-enroll to access any previously purchased media (this applies to Subscription Products only).

User License: The Complete CFI Binder Series

The Complete CFI Binder Series is a "rented" ebook. It requires a user license to legally continue to possess and consume its content. The Complete CFI Binder Series of Products remains the property of FlightCog. 

1. You do not physically own a copy of The Complete CFI Binder Series that you have downloaded from FlightCog. This means all variants of The Complete CFI Binder Series (CFI, CFII, MEI). 

2. The "right to use" works essentially the same way renting a book world work from a library.

3. At the time of purchase, a customer is enrolled into a subscription that is directly attached to The Complete CFI Binder Series. This subscription represents the user license and determines the length of time a customer has “the right to use” our material. 

4. Upon subscription termination, the customer loses all rights to use our product. 

5. Said user license is granted to one person (the name of the customer whose account the product was downloaded from). 

6. This license data will be imprinted at the bottom of all pages within The Complete CFI Binder Series, at the time of download. 

7. You do not physically own a copy of The Complete CFI Binder Series that you have downloaded from FlightCog. This means all variants of The Complete CFI Binder Series (CFI, CFII, MEI). 

8. You are simply being granted “permission” and the “right” to use said product.

Subscription Cancellation Notice

Customers who cancel the associated subscription will lose access to the following: 

1. The Book.

2. Book Updates.

3. Book Download Permissions.

4. Download Reset Priveleges.

Each copy of The Complete CFI Binder is granted a user license. This user license is our way of controlling who is authorized to possess our product. The user license is granted to one (1) person. The person who originally purchased the copy of The Complete CFI Binder is the only person authorized to use or possess the said product. Licensee data will be imprinted within the publication, at the time of download. For more information on the EULA. Please review our legal page.

Right To Use 

You do not physically “own” the copy of The Complete CFI Binder that you have downloaded from Flight Cognition, LTD. You are simply been granted the “permission” and the “right” to use our product. Customers who do possess an “active” subscription will no longer be authorized to obtain product updates, nor can they download previous purchases from our website.

Product Modifications 

Customers are in no way authorized to modify our Intellectual Property, which is why we do not allow our customers to modify any of the content within The Complete CFI Binder Series, or in any other electronic publications that we offer on our website. Moreover, customers are not authorized to remove our branding, in any way, from our Intellectual Property.
