Getting Started

Downloading a PDF directly to your computer is a straightforward process, similar to the steps you would follow for downloading on a mobile device. Below are specific instructions for downloading to a computer:

  1. Go to the Downloads Tab, located within the My Account screen.

  2. Once on the Downloads Tab, click the button corresponding to the file you want to download.

  3. Click on the Download Link ONE TIME. Avoid multiple clicks, as this depletes your available downloads (Contact us if you exceed the limit of 5 downloads for a reset).

  4. Expect a delay of approximately 10-15 seconds before the download begins, as the eBook file undergoes encoding on our server.

  5. Once the encoding process completes (usually within 15 seconds), the download will initiate. The duration can vary based on your internet connection speed—be patient and allow the download to finish.

  6. After the download is complete, save the file in a secure location on your computer.

Download Delay

There is an approximate 10-15 second "rendering period" for PDF files immediately after clicking the download button(s) on our website. Please be patient as the file undergoes rendering in the background. After the rendering process concludes, your download will begin.

Clicking the download button multiple times initiates separate download requests, causing re-rendering and potentially exhausting your available downloads. It's crucial to click the download link only once. The delay is normal, resulting from our server encoding the file before serving it to you. Please be patient, click the download link once, and wait for the download to start.

Download Limits

To prevent abuse and excessive downloading, we enforce a download limit for every customer account:

  • You can download each eBook product up to five times, with the limit resetting upon each publication revision.

  • Active subscription enrollment is necessary for downloading subscription products. If your subscription expires, re-enroll to access previously purchased media (applicable to Subscription Products only).

  • If accidental clicks exhaust your available downloads, contact support for a reset.
