To initiate a cancellation, customers can visit: https://flightcog.io/my-account/subscriptions/. If you wish to cancel a subscription, follow these simple steps below.

How to Cancel

1. Sign In to our website;

2. Go to "My Account;"

3. Click on the Subscriptions Tab. Here you'll find a list of your active subscriptions. Carefully choose the correct subscription before initiating a cancellation.

4. Proceed with the Cancellation. You will retain subscription privileges until the renewal date has passed. After this date, the subscription will be fully canceled, and you won't be billed further.

Pending Cancellation Status

• If your subscription is in a "Pending Cancellation" status. The reoccurring billing segment has already been canceled. No re-billing will occur on the scheduled "renewal date." You may continue using your subscription until the renewal date has passed, after this date passes. You'll loose access to the subscription product.

Resubscribe At Anytime

• For your convenience. This subscription product can be resubscribed to at any time in the future. At such time, you'll be able to re-download any products associated with the subscription.
