Resubscribe Guide

FlightCog facilitates a hassle-free process for resubscribing to a previously canceled subscription. We understand that as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), your need for our materials may vary. Perhaps you initially subscribed to prepare for your CFI Checkride, and after successfully passing, you may feel that our content is not immediately required. No worries. If you find the need for our resources later on, here's a simple guide on how to resubscribe and regain access to our premium content.

Where to Resubscribe

To resubscribe to a cancelled subscription, customers can visit: https://flightcog.io/my-account/subscriptions/. If you wish to reactivate a subscription, follow these simple steps below.

How to Resubscribe

  1. Sign In to our website;

  2. Go to "My Account;"

  3. Click on the Subscriptions Tab. Here you'll find a list of your previous or active subscriptions. Carefully choose the correct subscription. Obtain more information about each subscription by clicking on the view button.

  4. Proceed with Reactivation. Inside the subscription details screen, click on the "resubscribe" button. You'll be prompted to update billing details and enter your payment method.

  5. Submit Your Order. After updating your information, submit your renewal order. Confirmation emails will be sent to notify you that the renewal order has been processed.

  6. Depending on when you canceled your subscription, you may see a button labeled "resubscribe" or "reactivate."

Cancellation Timeline

  • If you canceled before the renewal date, your subscription enters a "Pending Cancellation" status. You can continue using it until the original renewal date.

  • If within the cancellation period and you wish to keep the subscription, instead of cancelling it. Simply click "reactivate," and your subscription will continue as previously agreed.

  • If your subscription has been hard-canceled (not in a "pending cancellation status") after the renewal date or has been canceled by our support team. You'll need to click on "resubscribe."
