How To Get Support

To submit a support request to us, please use the following link. Alternatively, you can click on the "Submit a Request" button located below. When a support request is sent to us, it is instantly delivered to a team member who is ready to assist you. We want to set the expectation that our response time is typically between 24-48 hours. However, in most cases, inquiries are addressed within a few hours. Although we strive to provide prompt assistance, there are times when we may experience high volumes of requests, resulting in potential delays. In such instances, we kindly ask for your patience and discourage the submission of multiple requests.

If needed, you can reply to the confirmation email we send you after the initial query submission. By responding to this confirmation message, you can provide any additional information you may have forgotten during the initial support request submission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
